TOMA Hybrid Convention FAQs

I want to attend the meeting virtually. What do I do now?
While registering for the 2021 Convention, just click "Virtual" when asked if you will attend in-person or virtually and you are all set. You will be sent instructions on how to access the courses online. You will be able to take advantage of the same amount of CME programming as though you were attending in-person. The requirements and processes for receiving CME credits will not change.

Will the virtual conference be recorded and or streamed live and only accessible during those hours?
All Convention CME programming will be recorded during the live event. All registrants, in-person and virtual, will have access to the recorded sessions for 30 days following the Convention.

What is the cost to register for the virtual Convention?
The cost to attend the Convention virtually will remain the same, as the same number of CME hours are being offered.

How will registrants be able to view the Convention programming?
Virtual registrants will be sent links to access the programming and speaker's slides. You will only need a computer with an internet connection to view the programming.

What is the CME Bundle?
TOMA has partnered with LMU-DCOM Alumni Association to offer a discount for those who would like to earn more CME. Register for TOMA’s Convention and the 5th Annual Essentials of Clinical Medicine CME Conference, and receive a discount of $100 ($50 off each program)! Essentials of Clinical Medicine will be presented virtually and in-person by the LMU-DCOM Alumni Association, June 11-13. Up to 13 hours of AOA and AMA PRA CME credit are anticipated to be available.
