November TOMA Talk: Myofascial Pain Speaker: Derek S. Dixon, DO An in-depth look at the pathophysiology of myofascial pain by reviewing the structure and function of the fascia. Including an overview of the treatment options currently available. Derek Dixon is a current PGY-3 resident at the University of Kentucky Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency program. Originally from Cleveland, TN, he is a 2019 graduate from Lincoln Memorial University-DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he previously completed an OMM and Anatomy pre-doctorial fellowship from 2016-2017 obtaining a master's degree in Anatomical Sciences.
