Active membership includes private practice and institutional service.

First year membership in TOMA is $200
Second year and beyond is $400.
Uniformed services is $50.
Out of state membership is $50.
Retired, Honorary/Life, Student, Intern and Resident membership is complimentary, but the downloaded form must be completed and mailed instead of using the online form.
Spouses who are both D.O.s may reduce their dues by 25%.
